Getting Started

If this is your first time logging in, you will enter your email address and choose a new password.
  1. Visit https://gh.donor-portal.org/password.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Check your email for a link to create your password. If you don’t receive the email after a minute or two, you may have to check your spam / junk folder. The one-time link will expire after 24 hours.
  4. Choose your new password and log in. Once logged in, you have the option to set up multi-factor authentication for additional security.

  • Bookmark this link to access our online giving portal: gh.donor-portal.org.
  • You can access on-demand fund statements, updated through the prior month. Because fund statements are available at any time, we do not send fund statement email notifications.
  • The portal is compatible with Macs, Windows PCs and mobile devices, running any modern browser, including Safari, Chrome, Edge and Firefox.
